PAYMENT TERMS

Accepted Forms of Payment:
Credit Cards - Elite Industrial Sales accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express as forms of credit card payment for goods sold.

Net 30 Payment Terms for Elite Industrial Sales - buyer will pay in full on or before the 30th calendar day (including weekends and holidays) of when the goods (products or services) were dispatched and provided by Elite Industrial Sales. Transit time is included when counting the days, i.e. a purchase in transit for 7 days before receipt has just 23 additional days until payment is due. Optional payment terms are available upon request pending the dollar amount of transaction for goods purchased.

Wiring Transactions - accepts transfer of funds through bank wires for payment of goods sold. Please contact us for wiring information.
Checks - accepts business checks as forms of payment for goods sold.

New Customers/Distributors:
Payment terms for NEW Elite Industrial Sales customers is by Pre-Payment ONLY by any of the above forms of payment. Buyer will pay Elite Industrial Sales in full on or before the goods (products or services) are dispatched and provided by Elite Industrial Sales. Optional payment terms are available upon request pending the dollar amount of transaction for goods purchased.

Overseas Customers/Distributors:
Payment terms for Overseas Elite Industrial Sales customers is by Pre-Payment ONLY by any of the above forms of payment. Buyer will pay Elite Industrial Sales in full on or before the goods (products or services) are dispatched and provided by Elite Industrial Sales. Optional payment terms are available upon request pending the dollar amount of transaction for goods purchased.

SHIPPING TERMS

Prepay and Add:
Elite Industrial Sales currently uses UPS AND FEDX for the shipping of goods (products) sold. The shipping/freight cost is added to the total amount due to Elite Industrial Sales at the time of billing/final invoice with assigned payment term.

For products purchased on pre-payment terms, an estimated freight charge is applied to billing/invoice. Additional shipping/freight charges can/may be applied pending time of final shipment of goods (products).

Collect:
Elite Industrial Sales can provide the shipping of goods (products) sold to the receivers account. Carrier name and account information is needed upon the request for goods (products) ordered.

F.O.B point is Elite Industrial Sales / EXWORKS from Cameron Park, CA.

MACHINE WARRANTY / REPAIRS

Every Elite Industrial Sales product is thoroughly inspected and tested before leaving our warehouse or factory. To have your warranty in forced, you must register your equipment or send in the self-addressed card that was shipped with the equipment.

All products manufactured by Elite Industrial Sales are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use, for a period of one year from date of purchase. This does not included tool bits or other consumable items. Should any troubles develop, please call Elite Industrial Sales and get a RGA number, and then return the equipment pre-paid to one of Elite Industrial Sales location or nearest authorized service centers. If inspection shows the trouble is caused by defective or workmanship, or material, Elite Industrial Sales at our option will repair or replace without charge for either parts or labor. The product will be returned to the customer pre-paid. If for some reason the cause of damage is deeming to be done by customers, we will contact the customer and inform them of our results and the cost to fix the equipment. In this case, the repaired equipment will then be returned to the customer with freight pre-paid and billed to the customer.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY WHERE:

◘Repairs or attempted repairs have been made by persons other than Elite Industrial Sales, personal, or authorized service repair personal

◘Repairs are required because of excessive wear or misuse of equipment

◘The equipment has been abused or involved in an accident

◘Misuse is evident, such as caused by overloading the equipment beyond it’s rated capacity

◘The tool has been used after partial failure, or the tool has been used with an improper accessories.

NO OTHER WARRANTY, EITHER WRITTEN OR VERBAL IS AUTHORIZED UNLESS IT IS FROM VICE PRESIDENT OR PRESIDENT OF Elite Industrial Sales

TAXES

Quotes do not include taxes or custom charges. Any taxes or assessments paid by Elite Industrial Sales must be reimbursed by the buyer.
