All pre-ground Tungsten tips are polished and must pass our demanding quality control process.  We ship 2% cerriated unless otherwise specified.  

Our most popular sizes are available and in stock.  Sizing depends on suggested length guides, type of weld head and size, tube/pipe outside diameter and wall thickness.

How to order Pre-Groud Tips:

1. Need diameter of Tungsten (A) 04.040 (1mm) .020 C/Cerriated

2. Need length of Tungsten (B) 06 1/16" (1/58mm) .030 T/Thoriated

3. Tip diameter of Tungsten (C) 09 3/32" (2.38mm) .040

4. Material needed 12 1/2  .050

EXAMPLE: TC-06-1040-03 = 1/16" Diameter  1.040 in Length with a

.030 tip diameter, cerriated Tungsten
