Payment Terms

Accepted Forms of Payment:

• Credit Cards – Visa, MasterCard, and American Express

• Bank Wire Transfers – Contact us for wiring details

• Business Checks – Accepted for payments

 

Net 30 Payment Terms

• Full payment is required within 30 calendar days from the date of dispatch, including transit time, weekends and holidays.

• A purchase in transit for 7 days leaves 23 additional days until payment is due.

• Optional payment terms may be available upon request, depending on the transaction amount.

 

Payment Terms for New Customers/Distributors

• First-time buyers must prepay in full before shipment.

• Optional payment terms may be available upon request, based on transaction value.

 

Payment Terms for Overseas Customers/Distributors

• Full prepayment is required before shipment.

• Optional payment terms may be available upon request, depending on the transaction amount.

 

Shipping Terms

 

Prepay and Add

• We ship via UPS and FedEx for domestic shipping and DHL for international shipping.

• Shipping costs are added to the invoice at the time of billing.

• For prepaid purchases, estimated freight charges are included but may be adjusted upon final shipment.

 

Collect Shipments

• Shipping can be billed to the receiver’s account (UPS/FedEx/DHL only).

• Buyer must provide carrier details and account information at the time of order.

Machine Warranty & Repairs

 

Warranty Coverage

• Products are inspected and tested before shipment.

• All products are warranted for one year from the date of purchase.

• The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not include tool bits or consumables.

 

Warranty Claims Process

1. Obtain an RMA number from Elite Industrial Sales.

2. Ship prepaid to Elite Industrial Sales or an authorized service center.

3. If the inspection confirms a defect, repairs or replacements will be provided at no charge.

 

Non-Warranty Repairs

• If damage is determined to be due to customer misuse, an estimate will be provided.

• Repairs will be completed and returned freight prepaid, with charges billed to the customer.

 

Warranty Exclusions

 

Warranty does not apply if:

• Repairs were attempted by unauthorized personnel.

• Damage is due to excessive wear, misuse, or accidents.

• Equipment was overloaded beyond its rated capacity.

• The tool was used after partial failure or with improper accessories.

No other warranty, verbal or written, is valid unless issued by the President or CEO of Elite Industrial Sales.

 

Taxes and Tariffs

• Quotes do not include taxes or customs charges.

• Any taxes or assessments paid by Elite Industrial Sales must be reimbursed by the buyer.

Legal

1. The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these were drawn up after these standard terms and conditions of sale. In order to be valid, any derogation must be expressly agreed to in advance in writing.

2. Our invoices are payable within 30 days, unless another payment timeframe is indicated on either the invoice or the order. In the event of non-payment by the due date, Elite Industrial Sales reserves the right to request a fixed interest payment amounting to 10% of the sum remaining due. Elite Industrial Sales will be authorized to suspend any provision of services without prior warning in the event of late payment.

3. If a payment is still outstanding more than sixty (60) days after the due payment date, Elite Industrial Sales reserves the right to call on the services of a debt recovery company. All legal expenses will be payable by the client.

4. Certain countries apply withholding at source on the amount of invoices, in accordance with their internal legislation. Any withholding at source will be paid by the client to the tax authorities. Under no circumstances can Elite Industrial Sales become involved in costs related to a country's legislation. The amount of the invoice will therefore be due to Elite Industrial Sales in its entirety and does not include any costs relating to the legislation of the country in which the client is located.

5. Elite Industrial Sales undertakes to do its best to supply performant services in due time in accordance with the agreed timeframes. However, none of its obligations can be considered as being an obligation to achieve results. Elite Industrial Sales cannot under any circumstances, be required by the client to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.

6. In order for it to be admissible, Elite Industrial Sales must be notified of any claim by means of a letter sent by recorded delivery to its registered office within 8 days of the delivery of the goods or the provision of the services.

7. All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by United States law.
